DELIVERY TIMES

Those products in which the manufacture is not carried out on demand, the delivery times are indicated below:

  *  In the Spanish mainland, Balearic Islands and Portugal is 48 H.

  *  The shipments to the Canary Islands are made in a plaxo of 5 days.

  * The delivery time for the Portuguese Islands is 72 H.

  For the rest of Europe delivery is made within 4 days.

These periods start from the moment the purchase is formalised. Excluded from these periods, non-working days and holidays..

Quenindiola communicates the formalization of the purchase by sending the User -at the email address indicated- an email confirming your purchase.

Shipments are made through the transport agency contracted for this purpose. And the shipment is made to the address provided by the User for this purpose. Therefore it is important to check that the data provided in the registration are correct. If they are not correct, Quenindiola is exonerated of any responsibility with regard to the delivery of the Product or its delay.

The rates for packages weighing less than 2kg are as follows:

                     * FREE shipping from 65€ for Spain, Portugal and Zone 1.

                     * FREE shipping from 100€ for Zone 2 and Zone 3.

Shipping Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal: 4€.

Shipments to Balearic Islands: 6€.

Shipments to Canary Islands: 18€

Shipments to Andorra: 9€

Shipments to Portuguese Islands: 6€

Shipments to Europe - Zone 1: 14€

Shipments to Europe - Zone 2: 17€

Shipments to Europe - Zone 3: 26€

Zone 1: Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Scotland, Wales, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican.

Zone 2: Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Austria and Luxembourg.

Zone 3: Croatia, Serbia, Norway, Estonia, Finland, Romania, Sweden, Lithuania, Ireland, Latvia and Bulgaria.

Excluded from these tariffs are the customs expenses of those territories that have such a system.

Deliveries are made by courier company and through a standard shipment. In case of needing an urgent shipment can consult us the possibility of doing it, through the mail cliente@quenindiola.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The User has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from delivery of the Product to desist, in whole or in part, the purchase of the same, in accordance with applicable law, without the need to justify their decision and without penalty of any kind.

To comply with the deadline for returns, the notice regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the expiry of the deadline. Once the period of 14 calendar days has expired, Quenindiola will not accept returns due to cancellation of purchases made on the website.

The User does not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, in particular, in the case of Products made according to the User's specifications or clearly personalized.

1. PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED

  *  In order to effectively exercise its right of withdrawal the user must notify unequivocally in writing by email to cliente@quenindiola.com, indicating in the subject: "Withdrawal - Order number" (the number will appear in the mail that Quenindiola has sent after making the purchase). When Quenindiola receives the email, it will communicate to the User the process to follow.

  *  If you prefer, the User can use the returns form directly. It is recommended that the User, prior to completing the returns form, read carefully the information contained in that document so that the exercise of the right of withdrawal becomes effective.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the User will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return (if the order is correct and the User is within the period of 14 legal days to exercise the withdrawal).

Once the Product arrives at the warehouse and it is verified that it is in perfect condition, Quenindiola will proceed to reimburse the amount of the Product in addition to shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment system used by the User for the purchase of the Products, within 23 working days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the time the User communicated its withdrawal.

In the event that the client has requested an urgent delivery, Quenindiola will reimburse the cost corresponding to an ordinary delivery.

Quenindiola does not, however, bear the cost of returning the Product from the customer's home to the Quenindiola warehouse. These costs shall be borne by the customer.

The application of the refund of the price in the account or card of the User will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The period of application of the refund of the price will be up to 7 calendar days for debit cards and up to 30 calendar days for credit cards. The terms will begin to count from the moment Quenindiola receives the document through which the User exercises its right of withdrawal.

2. REQUIREMENTS TO BE MET

The User must return the Product purchased from Quenindiola complying with the following requirements:

The Products returned must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, have not been used (except as necessary to verify their adequacy with the expected), washed, damaged or lost.

* The Product shall retain instructions, documentation, accessories and, as far as possible, its original packaging and labelling.

* The return to Quenindiola must be made using the same box or container used in the delivery or, in its defect, in some similar format that guarantees the return of the Products in perfect condition.

The returns form must be included in the package.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - FOR CAUSES IMPUTABLE TO QUEENINDIOLA

In the event that the exchange or return is due to causes attributable to Quenindiola (defective Product or not coincident with the reference purchased) will be Quenindiola who will collect the Products and / or exchange for the correct ones taking charge of the costs associated with this exchange or return. The User shall be entitled to a refund of the price of the Product, the shipping costs and the transport costs of returning the Products.

In these cases, the exchange or return of the Products to Quenindiola may be carried out by the User in the ways established in paragraph (1) for withdrawal, always notifying the reason for the exchange or return.

Quenindiola will carefully examine the returned Product and will inform the User at the e-mail address provided by the User, within a reasonable time, whether the Product should be exchanged or returned. This process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date on which it is sent an email confirming that the exchange or return of the non-conforming item.

The amounts paid for those Products that are returned because of any defect or defect, where it really exists, will be reimbursed in full. Quenindiola will carry out the return in a term not superior to 14 natural days, from the verification of the state of the return, by means of the same method of payment that was used for the initial transaction.

Quenindiola reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received and checked the condition of the Products.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - FOR REASONS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO QUENINDIOLA

In the event that the exchange or return is due to causes not attributable to Quenindiola such as changes in colour, size or other characteristics, which are due to a change of opinion or error on the part of the User at the time of making the purchase, the User must be responsible for sending the Products in perfect condition and within 30 calendar days after receipt of the Products.

In these cases, the exchange or return to Quenindiola of the Products may be made by the User in the manner set out in paragraph (1), always notifying the reason for the exchange or return.

Quenindiola, in these cases, reimburse the User for payments received, except shipping costs. It must also be the User who bears the direct cost of returning the Products.

Quenindiola will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which it is informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction. Quenindiola reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received and checked the condition of the Products.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION ON EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For faster processing, if you receive an erroneous order or defective product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours at cliente@quenindiola.com indicating: the order number, your personal data and the error or defect.

Duly Franchise the return and send it to the postal address on the returns form.

For your safety protect the goods with a strong packaging to prevent damage during transport. We also advise you to certify the delivery.

* If you wish to receive the change of product in an address different from the original indicate it in writing by means of an email to cliente@quenindiola.com, or by means of the table of observations of the form of returns.

The returned products must be sent in a single delivery.

If you have placed several orders use a separate returns form for each of them.

Quenindiola will pay the User, in specified cases, the costs of returning the product provided that the shipment is made by ordinary transport, never urgent or express.

The changes are limited to products of the same value as those of the original order and provided that there is stock available. In any case, if you wish to change your product for another of greater or lesser value, please contact us at cliente@quenindiola.com and we will indicate the process to follow.

The return to the User of the prices and costs, will be made by the same route that the customer would have used in the purchase.

When it is Quenindiola's responsibility to collect the package to return, our transport company will contact you within 2 working days to agree the date, time and place of collection.
